Mental Performance Coaching
The Capacity framework isn’t just something to read — it’s something to build into how a team, program, or family actually operates day to day. Through one-on-one mental performance coaching and team or staff workshops, Eric Batchler works directly with athletes, coaches, parents, and organizations to install the tools from the books where they matter most: in practice, in games, and in the systems around them.
How Coaching Works
Coaching happens two ways.
One-on-one mental performance coaching works directly with an individual athlete—building the ARR sequence (Anchor, Reframe, Reset), factual self-talk, and a pre-competition capacity scan into their routine.
Team and staff workshops bring the same tools to an entire roster or coaching staff at once, giving a program a shared language for the mental side of the game instead of leaving it to chance.
How is it delivered? In-person, virtual, and hybrid options are available.
Who It’s For?
Coaching fits wherever the mental game shows up. Athletes use it to compete with more consistency and less overthinking. Coaches and program directors use it to build a shared mental-skills language across a roster or staff. Parents use it to support an athlete through pressure and setbacks without adding to it. Whether the starting point is one person or an entire program, the goal is the same: turn the ideas in the Capacity books into daily practice.
